Naomi Coggan
Naomi was a graduate of the prestigious Talent Development Project in 1993 during which she was one of four artists to be invited to perform in San Francisco in an Australian showcase. 1994 saw her named 'Young Citizen of the Year' in her beloved hometown of Wagga Wagga. In 1996 she was invited to tour with the legendary Bobby Limb in a showcase of new talent, 'Bobby Limb's Stars of the Future'. In 1997 she formed the electrifying jazz trio "Maggie's Ragtimers", receiving standing ovations and high acclaim on the festival circuit of Australia. "Maggie's Ragtimers" released their debut CD in 1998. Naomi spent 7 years in Sydney working and recording with Australia's leading country music performers including Darren Coggan, Beccy Cole, Adam Brand and Felicity Urquhart. Naomi has recently returned home to Wagga Wagga where her impact on the music scene has been immediate. Naomi was invited by Peter Cox to be the Musical Director/keyboards for "The Fabulous Chandeliers" in 2005, "Tom Jones and Friends" cabaret show in 2006 and the world premier season for "Moonshadows" in Wagga Wagga, 2006. Naomi is currently performing in Wagga's latest music sensation, funk bank, "Who's Your Daddy"
