G’day groovers, well the WA leg of our lap around Australia was incredible! We drove almost 4000kms from Albany to Broome, a beautiful journey with many highlights! Great to catch up with dear friends from our beloved Kooringal High School, Tim Redden, Brooke and Jason Pearce in Perth, amazing how we’ve all spread our wings, yet in an instant we are reunited and picking up the thread of conversation from years ago, great times!

To experience the transformation of the landscape from the lush shores of Albany through to the pulse of Perth onto the stark barren beauty of the Pilbera into tropical Broome was a joy! So many unique road houses entrenched in the quintessential Australian ethos, the thundering road trains, the 100 carriage trains snaking their way through the red dessert sands, sunsets that will be forever burned into my mind, a true life experience!

To perform in places as far reaching as Port Hedland and Broome was incredible and to be welcomed with consistent standing ovations at every stop was amazing, something I never take for granted! Thanks WA, till we meet again!
